ISAAP relaunched its bespoke certification for providers of Corporate Housing at the beginning of 2024.

Following a number of exploratory conversations during 2024 and a meeting with Tracy Hayes (CWS President) at CHPA Connect25 last month, Jenny Garza (CWS Vice President of Operations) is co-ordinating the schedule of visits across the core CWS inventory hubs.

The ISAAP NACH Base 1 process will take place across CWS’ suites in Texas and Colorado during the second half of April, and we hope very much to be able to confirm successful certification at the end of that month.

CWS Corporate Housing Forms Strategic Partnership with Vest Residential

CWS Corporate Housing is once again strengthening their offering through a new strategic partnership with Vest Residential – a full service property management company with more than 20,000 Class A and Class B multi-family residences across eight states. In 1995, Tracy Hayes established BRIDGE, a programdesigned to encourage CWS employees to serve and enhance the communities inwhich they frequently work, interact, and live. For every hour of service, upto 12 hours, an employee earns a $20 contribution towards a charity.Historically, CWS has achieved a participation rate of 96-98% of all employees committedto at least 12 hours of community service.

CWS Corporate Housing believeswhether big or small, every act of kindness makes a difference. In 2011, theyreceived record breaking volunteer participation with 55 team membersvolunteering at 58 different organizations. In 2012, their 55 employees haveexceeded 2011 with more than 2,800 volunteer hours and 100% of their teamvolunteered in local communities. CWS contributed over $70,000 to causes in thecommunity and their employees raised more than $14,000 for causes that theywere passionate about. CWS believes a corporation giving back to theircommunity fosters a respect among employees and demonstrates to the communitiesthey serve that employees live out the company values with integrity.
